Venetian City of Culture 2024
San Giovanni Lupatoto won the prestigious title of Venetian City of Culture 2024, selected by the Regional Commission beating seven other candidates. This recognition rewards the attention of the council to the enhancement of cultural heritage and citizen participation, by supporting the cultural, tourist and economic growth of the territory, in particular, through projects created around the figure of the artist Carlo Zinelli.

HISTORICAL RE-ENACTMENT
The Peace of Paquara
A historical, cultural event, dating back to the treaty signed in 1233 in San Giovanni Lupatoto, which marked the end of the fighting between Guelphs and Ghibellines. This peace is celebrated every year with a historical re-enactment involving over 200 participants in medieval costume.
